Monthly retainer, twelve-month commitment. A single point of contact across staff, scope, validation, and TGA reporting. The work happens between audits, not after them.

Initial Registration
For new entrants and CRICOS additions. End-to-end preparation of the application, evidence pack, and ASQA correspondence. Realistic timelines stated up front. No surprises after submission.

ASQA Audit Support
Preparation, response drafting, on-the-day presence. Familiar with the auditor's reading of the Standards because that reading was learned alongside them. Engaged early, the outcome moves.

Specialised Services
Scope changes, third-party arrangements, validation rebuilds, governance reviews. Available to retainer clients and on referral. Engaged on the specific question, not the surrounding theatre.

Alison Lovell leads the practice. Two decades across registered training organisations, ASQA, and CRICOS — as a trainer, RTO manager, and regulatory liaison.
The same person who answers the first email is the person at the audit table. A dedicated team of senior practitioners supports retainer engagements. No junior throughput. No handover layers between the work and the outcome.
